Launching this fall · Closed beta now open

A quieter way
to be well.

Sláinte is a gentle wellness companion. One small thing today, a few people nearby who care about the same thing, and a little less noise. That's the whole idea.

No spam. No tracking pixels. One short note when we open up.

Why we're building this

There are already thousands of health apps. Most of them are too loud.

You install one. It asks for nine permissions. It pings you about your steps, your streak, your sleep score, your “recovery readiness.” You feel a little worse, somehow. You delete it.

Sláinte is for the rest of us. For people who care about their health but aren't running on a Whoop. For people who want a small, kind suggestion for today, and to know which yoga class three blocks away is actually beginner-friendly. That's it.

“The opposite of another health app. Less, but better.”
— What we've been telling people who ask
How it works

Three things, then we leave you alone.

No streaks. No badges. No leaderboards. No “you missed yesterday” nudges. Just three small jobs, done well.

No. 1

One small thing today

A single suggestion, picked for who you are and what kind of day it is. Two minutes of attention. Not nine alerts.

No. 2

People nearby

Local walking clubs, the right yoga class for a tired Tuesday, a free Tai Chi session at the library. Wellness that happens in person.

No. 3

Grounded in evidence

What you see is built from public-health guidelines (CDC, AHA, USPSTF) — not influencer takes. We'll tell you what we don't know.

What makes us different

Wellness that happens
in person.

Most apps end at the app. Sláinte starts there. We connect you to the studios, parks, clubs, and free programs already happening on your block — not a sterile feed of content.

Hyper-local discovery

Not a national directory of every fitness brand. A curated set of what's nearby, this week, that matches what you actually want.

Free counts too

We list run clubs, library yoga, parks programming, and YMCA classes — not just paid studios. Health shouldn't be a subscription.

Made for showing up

The hard part of being well isn't knowing what to do; it's getting out the door. Everything we build is in service of that one thing.

Our promises

A few things we will never do.

Privacy isn't a settings tab for us. It's the design constraint everything else is built around.

We won't sell your data.

Not to insurers, not to brokers, not to advertisers. Your health information is yours. If we ever change this, you'll know before it happens.

We won't diagnose anything.

Sláinte is general wellness, not medicine. When something needs a clinician's eyes, we'll say so plainly and step out of the way.

We won't guilt-trip you.

No streaks to break, no leaderboards, no “you missed yesterday.” A missed day is just a day. Tomorrow is fine.

We won't pretend to know you.

If we don't know enough to help, we'll say so. No fake personalization. No pretend AI insights about a person we've never met.

We'll use this to make our first message to you more relevant. That's it.

You're on the list.

We'll send one short note when we open up — likely this fall. No follow-ups. Take care of yourself in the meantime.
